我看了英文的維基 上面這麼寫

The NCAA has established Selection Committees for both the men's and women's
tournaments. Teams that did not win their conference tournament may be eligible
to earn an at-large berth. At-large berths are determined by record, ranking,
strength of schedule, and many other factors. A key factor in determining
at-large berths is the Ratings Percentage Index, popularly referred to as the
RPI. One absolute rule is that a team with a losing record after the conference
tournament (or regular season in the case of the Ivy League) is barred from
consideration for an at-large berth.

他是根據戰績 排名 賽程強度 RPI值

RPI值:
RPI = (WP * 0.25) + (OWP * 0.50) + (OOWP * 0.25)

where WP is Winning Percentage,
      OWP is Opponents' Winning Percentage and
      OOWP is Opponents' Opponents' Winning Percentage.

The WP is calculated by taking a team's wins divided by the number of games
it has played (i.e. wins plus losses).
還真的很複雜 好像還包括主勝 客勝 中立場勝等因素
不曉得有沒有包含聯盟實力因素?


排名是如何排?
這邊指的排 是不是將68隊依種子序分成16個檔次[pot] 每個檔次四隊
然後抽籤排入進四個分區?
[當然要打first four的另外排]

推 mrkey:基本上at large該進的都會進 會吵那些本來該進卻沒進的...
→ mrkey:那都是馬後砲. Commissioner 有提到, 唯一重點是盡量不要
→ mrkey:在前兩輪出現同分區對手對戰的可能性
推 mrkey:但今年的11,12,13,14,15會非常有趣 可能會很多dog barking
