幫即將來台的德國交換生代po找房子徵分租（男）
男，德國人，學過中文兩年但尚無法溝通自如，英文可。
以下重點節錄翻譯，文末附上他的原文。
必要：房間不要太小，要有床
次要：有廚房、洗衣機、冷氣
台灣人或其他國家人都好，希望開放、友善，
如果能帶他認識文化及台北就更好。
至少有一男，不然他女友會生氣！！！
地點沒關係，也許可以有點綠意，
但需離捷運或公車站以及超市近，
如果能騎腳踏車去政大就太好了。
也希望不要在什麼很吵的大馬路上。
最多可以付到台幣一萬二，含水電瓦斯網路等等一切。
聽說不能任意公佈他人聯絡資訊，

麻煩了這位朋友找房子找有點久了開始急和緊張了XD

I want a shared flat room, size is not important but not too small
(like 7 square meters or something). Has to be furnitured with a
bed and it would be great if the flat has a kitchen (and of course
washing machine and air conditioner). But that is not mandatory.
I would like to life with local people but of course I would also be
happy to life with foreigners (if possible, with at least one guy -
my girlfriend is a bit jealous :D). They should be open minded,
of course friendly and it would be great if they are willing to show
me a little bit of their live and Taipei and stuff.
The area is not so important (because I dont know which one I
should prefer - maybe a bit green) but the flat should be nearby
some MRT or Bus and some shopping possibilities (super market).
Would be cool if I could drive to NCCU by bike. If possible, not on
main roads or other loud places.
I can pay up to 12000 TWD maximum (but with utilities included).
Does that sound achievable? If not, than I take what I get :D
