Compliance, which focuses on the internal control of the whole corporate bank,
is like internal counsel of the whole Citibank. Within this department, you
must be familiar with all different functions in a Bank so that you can be
eligible to offer professional advices toward a specific group.Further, you
need to learn various regulations and laws within banking industry.
Requirement:
1.High standard of English ability(Since the regulations are all in Eng.)
2.Highly-motived,responsible and aggressive.
3.Open mind and good communication and negotiation skills (Since Compliance
has to arbitrate between all different departments and groups)
