The Philips Asian Financial Business Challenge provides
a unique opportunity for the brightest Finance and Business
students to gain intimate knowledge about Philips,
our culture and our way of working.
In addition you will have the chance to work with fellow
students from across Asia on a business case.
This case study will be based on a real business situation
experienced in Philips and will provide a valuable learning experience.
A Finance career in Philips
The Finance discipline within Philips includes the following
functions: control, auditing, treasury, mergers & acquisitions
as well as fiscal. Most graduates will begin work in one of
these functions and move on to a finance management role where they are
part of the management team and act as true business partners.
Philips puts great emphasis on developing its people by giving
them responsibility early on in their careers and by providing
comprehensive training and coaching opportunities.
Your skills
At Philips we believe that our success is down to the people
who make up our company. Those seeking a finance career within
Philips would require
1. degree in Finance or Business studies
2. excellent academic records
3. strong leadership and interpersonal skill
4. sound business orientation
5. integrity
6. flexibility to take up different challenges
The selection process

2. Application closes << Feb. 15 >>
3. Interview rounds with Finance and HR
4. Selected candidates will be shortlisted to attend
the 4-day event in Shanghai, China
All travel and accommodation expenses will be paid for
