Position: 6-month agency temp (1 Nov 08 - 30 Apr 09)
Reports to: Head of Products & Services
Job description:
The Role-Holder assist Management in analyzing banking, organizational,
application-related and other operational problems and develop solutions for
these problems. They survey, analyze and evaluate processes, products,
applications and structures and work out the required solutions. If needed,
the Role-Holder can also help with the implementation. In addition, the
Role-Holder provide support for project management tasks in the areas of
quality control and project management for major projects. The Role-Holder
will also cover:
1. Meeting, event, road show, or internal training coordination
2. Cross-functional support and coordination
3. Management support: prepare periodical reports or business update to
regional office and carry out regular administrative work
4. Project support and ad hoc project support
Job requirement:
- Master degree, finance/business administration major is a plus
- 1 year working experience, financial industry is preferred
- Good communication skill
- Good Team player
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Good service attitude and willing-to-learn personality
