Dear Major:
I am an ordinary citizen in my second autumn of senior high lesson and live
in beautiful He-Ping West road. Every morning the bird chirp washes the car
shouting into its flow; in the evening the trees are surrounded by big
yellow-beaked bird with sweet jingles.So delicate the road it is, with
dazzling-colored birds in shops providing another flavor of sound
entertainment.Therefore I am wondering if we can add fragrant flowers to
this fairy land for reinforcing, there will be one more joyous scene of spring
for Taipei residents.
