Sales/Marketing Assistant for specialty chemicals
at Cassen Enterprises Co., Ltd Taipei, Taiwan
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic young professional
whom is passionate about learning and growing within sales and marketing
job roles. This is an entry level position leading to Sales/Marketing role.
Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated,action-biased, and organized
individual that is willing to get things done in the most efficient
and effective manner. One that is always seeking to improve processes
and ideas yet still able to follow management directions
and strategies is essential.
Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in all required sales operations/functions
Create business excel/word/power point documentation
Prepare/organize sales/market data
Interact with customers during sales operations
Recording/monitoring shipping and inventory
Qualification:
University Bachelor degree holder and above
Strong MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint skills
Detail oriented and excellent organizational skill
Efficient and effective independent contributor
Strong team player
Excellent communication skill
Native fluency in reading/writing Mandarin
Proficient in reading/writing English
Eager and willing to learn
2-3 years of corporate or customer facing work experience is a plus
