Natixis Taipei Representative Office is looking for an executive assistant
for Chief Representative Officer.
Job description:
1. Cooperate with colleagues in Shanghai to prepare credit reports for tier 1
Taiwanese corporations in China.
2. Assist Chief Representative Officer in establishing and maintaining client
relationships.
3. Support regional capital markets and loan syndication distribution
activities by arranging local client meetings and searching for and
providing relevant information.
4. Prepare monthly local economic & financial market report and translate
business related news to colleagues in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Shanghai.
5. Translate and summarize in-house economic reports for Chinese-reading
clients.
6. Provide secretarial support to the Chief Representative Officer.
7. Handle office administration of Taipei rep office.
8. Other reasonable assistance in business related to Taiwan allowed by
regulations.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferring finance/economics/business major
2. Good written and verbal communication skills (in English and Mandarin)
3. Good accounting knowledge and MS Office skills
4. Hard-working, highly focused, self-driven, and detail-oriented
5. Compelling interest in the financial markets
