If requested to do so via email, complete the online assessment form as soon as possible.
4. Candidates who are nominated by professors please complete your on-line application& assessment by Nov.11th
the nominated submission will be handle with higher priority.
5. If you are not nominated, you are also welcome to self-nominating yourself by same on-line application process.
