Yuanta Securities IBD provides our clients unparalleled corporate finance
services (IPO, SPO, M&A) in Greater China. Because of recent expansion,
our Taichung Coverage is looking for entry-levels to join us. The office
is located in Taichung City.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible in performing a wide range of corporate finance functions
such as industry research, financial analysis, due diligence,
preparing pitch books, and documentation
- Support Seniors to develop and execute deals
- Liaison with clients’ junior and senior executives to solve different issues
Qualifications:
- University degree, major in business and finance
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Hands-on, Proactive, keen to learn, and strong team playing skills
- Strong written and spoken Chinese skills
- Could work under pressure and overtime
