We are looking for
Finance Assistant (Part Time)
10-15 hours per week
Full time work during Summer vacation
Responsibility :
Financial & business analysis to support the Taiwan Sales operations
Engaged in business outlook and reporting, variance analysis &
explanation, i.e. product / LOB / sub-segment / P&L / Customer /OPEX analysis
Engaged in FAM (Financial Assumption Model) preparation and HFM
(Hyperion Finance Management) submission for RUM (Revenue/Unit/Margin) & OPEX
(Operating Expense)
Support Gross Margin Improvement analysis
Drive process improvement & other initiatives to streamline
departmental initiatives
Support Weekly Cash reporting and forecast; and explain the
variance between actual vs forecast
Support Account Payable function, including Ariba PO/PR, expense
review, vendor creation
Provide support to internal/external audit and record retention for
tax filing
Supporting business analysis at ad hoc requirement
