又到了卓爾每週最期待的一天...

本週作業是

1.從台灣的英文報紙裡面找到一些opinions

2.讀一篇英文的影評



今日筆記：

1.Rudy - Joel: Nice haircut!

2.Aurora - (Didn't do homework last week)
           Joel: 怎麼辦!?

3.Sissy - Sunset on the road series
          J:What do you think of the name of the drink?
          S:How... how do I know?
          J:But it's on the BOARD!!!!
          S:Uh..it's romantic
          J:Huh! Romantic, do you like it?
          S:Yes, I like the name-
          J:Oh, of course we're talking about the name! So do you like it?
          S:It's like driving in the park-
          J:And drink at the same time? Yeah, cops are gonna come in no time!

4.Rudy - Ethionology (Mandy 1 assist)
         Joel: How many people will you marry (to know a culture)?

5.Jill - Joel: Dogs don't give a hand in English, they give paws
         (On tips of training the dog)
         Joel: So what are your steps, first you'll have to starve it right?
         Jill: (沒有否定)
         Joel: No, we just have some humor, when you starve your dogs, they'll
               bite off your hand.

6.Jose - Joel: You don't have to get rid of your ass... just the fat part.

7.Billy - (Volunteered to write a sentence but disappear in the next class)
          Joel: So... Billy also disappears in the dust.

8.Ryan - (Claiming Day of Hearts to be his birthday)
         Joel: Jump out of the window!!                                (-10000)
         Ryan: Hehe, but the V-day is my birthday~
         Joel: Yeah, yeah, yeah, like I believe you~ It's totally irrevelent

9.Billy - Tips of getting a girlfriend (Carl 1 assist)
          Billy: First, you have to show up in front of the girl you like, and
                 you have to ....(cliche)
          Joel:  Keeping the sense of humor (in his topic sentence) will make
                 you more successful. It seems unsuccessful so far.
