1 97 學年度碩博士班宿舍第2 學期(下學期)續住申請須知 (含男碩生2 人房換至單人房申請) Notice for 2008 graduate students applying to extend their stay in the dorms through spring semester (Students in master’s programs currently in a double room applying for a single room) 一、下學期繼續住宿申請資格(Application requirements): (一) 限住本校碩博士班宿舍未屆滿住宿年限之原住宿生[93 學年度第2 學期(含之前)進 住之 博士生與95 學年度第2 學期(含之前)進住之碩士生已達規定住宿年限,不得申請繼續 住宿]。Graduate students living in the dorms that have not surpassed the maximum stay as stipulated by the university may apply (students in doctoral programs who began their stay in the dormitories during or prior to the Spring Semester of 2005, and students in master’s programs who began their stay in the dorms during or prior to the Spring Semester of 2007 may not apply). (二) 曾任宿舍自治幹部經考評達80 分以上且已屆滿住宿年限者,可延長住宿一年。若欲 申 請續住,請逕向住宿輔導組提出延長住宿之申請。 Students who have served in the Dormitory Services Committee and have received an evaluation score of 80 or above, may extend your maximum stay for one year. Please apply at the Student Housing Service Section for your extension through next semester. 二、申請方式:申請人請上網選填『碩博士班第2 學期續住宿舍申請』。 How to apply: Please go to the web page below and fill out the form labeled “ Application for graduate students extending their stay in the dorms through Spring Semester.” 三、申請網址:http://moltke.cc.nccu.edu.tw/studormvacapp/index.jsp 政大首頁→行政組織→學生事務處→住宿輔導組→碩博士班宿舍申請→下學期暨 暑期續住→下學期(暨暑期)續住宿舍申請系統(點選「碩博士班第2 學期續住宿舍 申請」) Website: http://moltke.cc.nccu.edu.tw/studormvacapp/index.jsp (Chinese and English Version, please click on “Graduate Dorm Application for Extending Stay through Spring Semester”) 四、申請期限:自97 年11 月25 日起至97 年12 月15 日止,逾期未上網提出申請者,視 同下學 期不住宿。 We will be processing applications from Nov. 25 to Dec. 15, 2008. If you do not submit an online application for extension by Dec. 15, we will assume that you do not wish to continue your stay in the dormitories. 五、繳費方式:列入97 學年第2 學期學雜費繳費單,註冊期間一併繳納。 Spring Semester dormitory fees are listed on the 2009 Spring Semester tuition & fees form; payment will be processed during the Spring registration period. 六、凡未申請下學期續住者,請於98 年1 月31 日中午12 時前離宿,以供候補之新住宿 生進住, 並須辦理離宿程序,始得申請退還住宿保證金。 For students who will not apply to extend their stay at the dormitories, please complete the following before 12pm of January 31, 2009: ask the dorm management to inspect your room and submit an “Application for Dorm Deposit Refund” form to the service desk in your residence hall. Once completed, we will be able to start the refund process for the dorm 2 deposit. 七、自強9 研2 人房男碩住宿生欲申請換自強123 舍單人房: For students in master’s programs currently in a double room in the Men’s ZihCiang Residence Hall 9 who wish to apply for a single room in ZihCiang Residence Hall 1, 2 or 3: (一) 於申請系統中完成點選申請下學期續住後,點選「是」以申請下學期更換至自強123 舍單人房,由電腦亂數抽籤排序。 While completing the online application to continue your stay in the dormitories, make sure you check “yes” to request for transfer to a single room in ZihCiang Residence Hall 1, 2 or 3. Your name will then be included in the computer-generated lottery. (二) 遞補序號公告:97 年12 月22 日公告於「住宿組」、「宿舍區」公佈欄及住宿組網 頁 http://osa.nccu.edu.tw/xoops/html//modules/tinyd2/content/doc_files/Dorm9to123.pdf Announcement of the waiting list: On December 22 the names and corresponding numbers from the lottery will be posted on the bulletin board of the Student Housing Service Section, the residence halls and the web page of the Student Housing Service Section: http://osa.nccu.edu.tw/xoops/html//modules/tinyd2/content/doc_files/Dorm9to123.pdf (三) 遞補時間:下學期至98 年4 月底止。 Period to fill vacancies: Winter vacation until the end of April (Spring Semester, 2009) 八、下學期不續住或下學期申請續住後辦理退宿者,須依本校「學生宿舍輔導與管理辦法 」及「住 宿保證金收取支用管理辦法」相關規定辦理退離宿程序,始得申請下學期註冊繳費單換單 、 退宿費或退住宿保證金。若未依規定辦理退離宿手續者,住宿保證金不予退還。 Students who do not plan to stay in the dormitories during next semester, or who want to cancel their dormitory application for the next semester, must follow the regulations in the “NCCU Dormitory Counseling and Management Policies” and the “NCCU Residence Hall Deposit: Terms and Conditions” so that the tuition bill for the next semester can be updated and the dorm fee/deposit can be refunded. If you do not submit a request to move out of the dormitories according to these regulations, the deposit will not be returned to you. 九、若因畢業「資格考」或「論文口試」擬於98 年2 月舉行,不需申請續住第2 學期(下 學期)者, 可申請延後遷出(至98 年2 月15 日止),每日收費150 元,請於97 年12 月22 日前填列 如附 「碩博士班宿舍特殊原因延後遷出申請表」(請指導老師簽名),至住宿輔導組提出申請及 繳 費,所繳之延後退宿費不得申請退費。除上列者外,不得申請延後遷出。 For those graduate students who will be taking oral defense or qualifying exam in February, you do not need to apply to stay in the dorms during Spring Semester. Instead, you can apply to extend your moving-out date to as late as February 15, 2009. You will be charged NTD 150 for each day you stay past the official move-out date. Please fill out the attached “Application Form for Graduate Students Requesting Extension of Move-out Date,” and have it signed by your advisor, then bring it to Student Housing Service Section along with payment before December 22, 2008. The dormitory fee for extension is not refundable.
