[問題] Would the swallow be the signal of business cycle?

  Every time when the TSMC chairman Morris Chang(張忠謀) made a comment

that ,"This could be the first swallow of spring", it follows that it's

just time for recovery, then the stock market shows satisfactory grades

for granted. Though Chang is the sombody, the great tycoon, I discover

that he likes to deliver such words, "The first swallow of spring is almost

here."
