This early half year the Russian land might set up a series of earth-
shattering events. Not for the celebration of St. Petersburg's 300th
anniversary, or the meeting held between Russian President Vladimir Putin &
U.S. President George W. Bush. But for the headlines that the former Beatles
member, Paul Mackartney held a concert on the Red Square in Moscow 30 years
after the Cold War period during the 1960's, and the brand-new hot Russian
female group, t.A.T.u, won another singer's award once again.
When it comes to Moscow, the Russian capital, people usually think about
the serious political totem at the initial whim, such as the collapsed statues
of the Bolshevik pioneer & leader, Vladimir Lennin & Joseph Stalin, and the
metro station which was built up as gorgeous as a Royal Palace. The first
impression of the Russians, or broadly the Slavs, seems to be the polar bear,
which is cool & arrogant. Now through the charisma of an elder idol & two
extraordinary young ladies, the silent Russian masses was eventually conquered
by music & fashion, and started to show up their passions & enthusiasms.
