我發現每次有外國人來時都丟給我 所以就幫忙寫了一下簡單的圍棋英文簡介(有word檔 要的找我) 基本上術語都是參考美國的圍棋網站 若有疏漏錯誤請告知 謝謝! The Game of Go by Hamu Originated in China more than 4000 years ago, Go (Japanese pronunciation) is a very popular mental contest in Asia. It is far more popular in the East than Chess is in the West, and it is now considered the most complex and challenging board game in the world. It is well known that the computer has already beaten the world champion in the realm of Chess. However, unlike Chess, the most advanced computer go program still cannot beat an Asian schoolchild. Nonetheless, its rule is very simple and can be learned in a few minutes. The idea of the game is simply to enclose more territory than your opponent. Basic Rules 1. The game begins with an empty board. Stones are put on the intersections of the lines on the board. Black plays first. 2. Once a stone be put on the board, it is never moved, unless it is captured by the opponents' stones. 3. Two stones are connected and form a unit if they are vertically or horizontally adjacent. Two diagonally adjacent stones are not considered connected. 4. The empty adjacent intersection to a unit is called the liberties of that unit. It can be viewed as the breathing space of the unit. For example, a single stones has four liberties, and a unit with two stones connected has six liberties. 5. If all the liberties of a unit are blocked by the opponent's stones, than the unit is considered captured by the opponent, and all the stones captured are removed from the board and retained by the opponent as prisoners. One prisoner worth the same as enclosing one intersection. 6. Committing suicide is not allowed.(to be explained) 7. The rule of Ko(eternity).(to be explained) 8. The ultimate goal of the game is to surround more intersections as territory than your opponent. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.160.182.187
