學校新聘的老師,還沒把大綱放上去 我查了他之前在其他學校開課時的綱要 團體動力學 課程教學目標: 本課程主要希望讓修課同學瞭解團體絕對不是一個靜態的概念。團體在改變、團體中的個 人在改變,團體中的人際關係也在改變。這門課涵蓋的範圍相當周延,從團體的結構、團 體中個人角色,團體對個人的影響,個人又如何改變團體,到領導者的產生,團體效能的 評估及團體間衝突的產生與化解,都這門課的重要議題。 教科書 Forsyth, D.
