團體動力學

課程教學目標：
本課程主要希望讓修課同學瞭解團體絕對不是一個靜態的概念。團體在改變、團體中的個
人在改變，團體中的人際關係也在改變。這門課涵蓋的範圍相當周延，從團體的結構、團
體中個人角色，團體對個人的影響，個人又如何改變團體，到領導者的產生，團體效能的
評估及團體間衝突的產生與化解，都這門課的重要議題。
