嗨! 有誰知道這位仁兄說的"climbing program"是啥嗎

Hello!

I've seen your climbing program at the NCCU wordpress and I get really
excited to make part! I am brazilian and probably I will be your next
exchange studant at Social Sciences College. So, can I take part at the time
that I arrive, in August? Is it possible?
