[TRPG]關Duskblade的Arcane Channeling

Customer(Me):

  It says:"At 13th level you can cast any touch spell you known as part of a
full attack action and the spell effects each target you hit in melee combat
 that round. Doing so discharges the spell at the end of round,in the
case of a touch spell that would otherwise last longer than 1 round."

So, does the spell effect affect my each attack that round? For example, I am
a 20th level Duskblade, and I use arcane channeling to cast a Vampiric Touch
 as a part of a full-attack, since I am 20th level with full bab, I can attack
 4 times with single weapon. If I succesfully hit the same target with all my 4
 attack, do they all have the effect of Vampirich touch? So my opponent got
 total 40d6 damage and I got 40d6 temporaly HP?

Then, if so, How does it effect on two weapon fighting? and muliti-weapon?

Yes this works. With two-weapon fighting, you would still be affecting each
target you successfully hit with your melee attack. Yes it is a bit ...er...
powerful.
