Dear Jessup Teams, Coaches, and Volunteers,

We have now posted the 2004 Official Clarifications and Corrections to
the
ILSA Jessup website. They are available in web-readable and for
download

National Administrators, please forward these materials to the teams in

ALSO ?ILSA is pleased to announce the publication of its new 戦LSA
Guide to
International Moot Court Competition.? The Guide is written by Ms.
Cecilie
Elisabeth Schjatvet and Mr. Zakir Hafez, two highly experienced Jessup
competitors, coaches and judges.

The new Guide is a manual for researching and writing your Jessup
briefs, as
well as preparing and presenting oral arguments.  It contains useful
information about researching and presenting all the major sources of
international law, and also provides a handy section on the latest
online
sources for primary and secondary international law sources.

The Guide is not available in electronic format.

Not including shipping, the Guide sells for US$30.00 for Schedule I and
II
Jessup schools and US$20.00 for Schedule III Jessup schools.  Please
contact
the Executive Office at [e-mail] if you or your school are
interested
in ordering a copy of the Guide.

Finally, remember that the deadline for Jessup registration without
penalty
is this Monday, November 24th.  Non-U.S. teams may register until
December
22, but a late fee applies.

Washington
in March of 2004.
