Dear Jessup team contact,
Your Competition Administrator has informed me that your team's Memorials
won the "Best Memorials" award in this year's Qualifying Tournament.
As a result, your Memorials have automatically been entered in the Jessup's
Hardy Dillard Competition. Your Memorials, along with the Best Memorials
from each of the other National and Regional Competitions around the world,
will be evaluated by a panel of judges. The top five Teams from this group
will be awarded the Hardy C. Dillard Award for Best Memorials from the
Regional/National Competitions. In addition, those Memorials will be
entered in the Baxter Award Competition, along with the top five Team
Memorials from the Shearman & Sterling International Rounds.
The Dillard Competition (like the Best Memorials award at the
Regional/National Rounds) is based upon combined Applicant and Respondent
Memorials scores. In the subsequent Baxter Competition, the Applicant and
Respondent Memorials are ranked separately, and the top Applicant and top
Respondent Memorials are each awarded a plaque.
There is no need for you to do anything else. The Memorials have been sent
to the judges.

the results of the Competition.
