我突然想到我還欠你這篇, 不知道現在給你來得來不及... Chinese Kung-Fu actually includes a variety of martial arts in China, and the one we practice in this club is called Long Fist (長拳). Originating in the northern part of China, Long Fist has been one of the most widely-spreading martial arts in the country since hundreds of years ago. Some people say that it was created by Zhao Kuan Yin (趙匡胤), the first emperor of Sung dynasty (A.D. 960-1279), who once learned martial arts in the Shaolin Temple. The most distinctive characteristics of Long Fist would be its far-reaching and wide-sweeping strikes, its emphasis on extending the body and its distinct, orderly moves that are both simple and concise, its balanced emphasis on hand and foot techniques, and its high combat effectiveness. The trainings in this club contain practice in forms (套路), weapons (after one semester of basic training), seizing and holding techniques (擒拿術), and Chinese wrestling. It is our pleasure to invite you to join us. Dont worry about being a beginner. Our practice hours would be from 19:00 to 21:30 every Tuesday and Thursday, and the place is behind 四維堂 and beside the tennis court. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.119.201.17
