接著伸出你們的右手，比一個大拇指的形狀
放在左手手心上頭前進或者後退
這在手語裡面代表著一種意思

你們可以將左手視為 level playing field
而右手四指彎曲的地方代表著 team spirit
最後大拇指就是 pursuit of excellence
在一個相對公平競爭的環境裡頭，也就是level playing field
你要怎麼要成為一個 excellent 的人
team spirit 將會是你所需要的

我們徵才的標準不是看你是否擁有多好的學歷或者多好的背景
我們用人的標準看這三項：intelligence, integrity , team spirit
