[公告] The implementation means of borrowing Band Practice Room

The implementation means of borrowing Band Practice Room(117):


Step 1: pay the club fee to club leader( Mr. Pecferct / Wan-Mei)

Step 2: Take the Equipment Course taught by Treesheep( Shui-Young,
the flower of RnR )

Step 3: Text a phone message to Guan-Fu (ID:pangapanga) which notify the
exact time you want to borrow the Practice Room and your name.

EX: Personal Practice_Tue.56_DIP 3rd Chian-Hsuang Huang
    Band Practice_Wed.EF_FALU

If you successfully borrow the room you won't recieve a reply mail
If not, the information will be notified on the reply mail.

Please check the "On-Line Schedule of NCCURnR" before borrowing in order to
make sure whether the time you want is available.

Step 4: Go and Rock.




P.S.
1. Please keep the Room 117 neat and tidy.(Though it's already a fucking mess)

2. Do not borrow for other people. The register have to be the actual user.

3. On the condition of band practice. Half of the band member have to be the
member of NCCURnR

4. Phone message is the only formal way to borrow the Room 117. Any other
methods, like ptt mail, is invalid.

5.The NCCU Art and Culture Center opened to 17:00 on holidays.
