P & P Unit Meeting #1 Summary

Discussion Content:
1.Distributing name card
design task. Janice, Zoe & Barry will each design out an example for name
card by next Monday. All the SAs will vote their favorite one on Monday
meeting.
2.Distributing SA uniform design task. A.C will take charge in it.
We have reached a conclusion that the polo will be in white, with a badge on
the heart place. A.C will design the badge by hand and ask the uniform
factory to transform it into the computerized file.
3.Deciding the editors
for the SA POST this semester. Engo took the article-editor job, and Albert
took the layout-editor job. A.C is obliged in help them on working it out.
The first issue is expected to release at 10.20. 20 is scheduled to be the
official monthly issue date at this point.
4.Nina will design, print and 護貝
the mini contact list of SA ASAP.
5.SA Corridor Window design task will be attributed to Aude, Hailie and
Barry. They will take the charge of design work, but the whole producing work
will be completed altogether by every P&P member.
6.Inquiring the possible
member that is able to assist the ongoing of Friday English Camp.
Depressingly, only Engo is objectively able to do the aid at this point.
7.Scheduling a weekly meeting time. Due to the difficulty on finding a common
time of a week that all of our members are available, we decide to schedule
our next meeting by the end of the current meeting. So, our next unit meeting
will be held on next Monday after the SA meeting.
8.Selecting the vice group
leader. We are proud to have Janice to be the vice group leader!
