[公告] Farewell notification: Please open up poeplez!!

Dear All~

I’m Alice. To those who are attending the Farewell Party on May 25th (Thur.),
please pay attention to this notice!

I've sent two files to each one of your e-mail account. One is a chart list
調查大家當天想吃的主餐.
Please make up your mind to choose one from the various kinds and think
twice before you mail it back to me!!

Another is the Routine Flow. Please take a look to see if there are any problems
or any left outs. Suggestions or comments are all very welcome!!!

Please make sure to reply no later by Tuesday midnight.
If not, sorry! But we (me and Gary) will have to choose it for you~~

Also, last reminder, make sure to wear our lovely “SA 小綠綠 團服”
on that day and please arrive at Ponderosa before 6:00pm!

Thank you all for your wonderful co-operation and devotion to help out!!
Without you guys, there is no way Gary and I can work the whole thing out!!
