Dear all,
Don't be panic, we don't have the meeting tomorrow. I just wanna remind you that (6/14) next Thursday is the Farewell Party, so We have a preparatory meeting at 6:10 on Wednesday, at Caring group office. It's also our review meeting and the voting for new charter, which we need everybody to be present and bring some suggestions helping SA to make improvements. I felt the new blood really had high expectation to our organization while attending the 7th gathering party. As a retiring leader, I have the
responsibility to deliver some experiences and my performance also need to be reviewed by you guys. Thus, please try your best to attend the meeting on next Wednesday night.
Then good NEWS! We're going to have a celebration for the whole tiring year. Kimberly please announce the restaurant we are going as soon as possible. We are eager to have a big meal without any stress except final exams though.
