性,彷彿在便利性茶飲料氾濫的時代,還搬出茶具、講求茶葉是一種捨近求遠的行為:有
些廠商誇口,其產品能達到「現泡」的水準,但當真如此?不少手搖茶店一日賣出上萬杯
飲料,但被顧客喝下肚的那些液體真能被稱做「茶」?更有咖啡館在價目表上大方列出了
「東方美人」、「碧螺春」、「阿里山烏龍」等高價茶類,難道真不會因成本過高而導致
虧損?雖是大家習以為常的現象,但細看來,其實疑點重重。因此,本次這課將讓參與者
同時品嚐現泡茶湯與市售飲料,揭穿商人的騙局,要劣質茶葉、假茶種,甚至化學藥劑,
無所遁形。
With the development of different businesses, tea has permeated our life;
there are tea shops everywhere on the street, and teabags and bottled tea can
be easily bought in convenience stores or markets. The rise of these tea
beverages seems to challenge the necessity of brewing tea, as if that, at
such a time when tea beverages are so commonly seen, it was redundant to
bring out tea pots and to care for tea leaves: some manufacturers claim that
their products own the texture of newly brewed tea, but it that really
possible? Many tea shops sell out thousands of cups of drinks a day, but can
the liquid drunk by the consumers really be called “tea”? Further, in the
menus of many cafés, there appears tea of high price, such as “Oriental
Beauty,” “Biluochun,” and “Alishan Oolong,” yet will not their costs be
higher than their gains? Although phenomena above are just too familiar to
people, when thought about carefully, they are actually doubt-worthy.
Therefore, in this course, we shall let participants taste simultaneously tea
beverages and brewed tea for comparisons, unveil the lies of merchants, and
smoke out tea with poor qualities, tea which is fakely labelled, and even
chemical mixture.
