社課介紹:茶文化雖發源於中國大陸,但飄洋過海到臺灣之後,現今已然建立起其自成一
格的獨特風貌。從早期的「福爾摩沙烏龍茶」到近代的「紅玉」,甚至舉世聞名的珍珠奶
茶,很難想像集千變萬化特色茶於一地的臺灣,至今竟祇有一百多年的茶產業歷史。如此
成就不僅使臺灣茶農與茶商得以揚眉吐氣,更吸引了無數嗜茶者與外國同好強烈的好奇與
關注。本次社課的主講人黃正敏老師曾任製茶公會理事長,本身亦是一位成功的茶商,是
數十年來臺茶發展與流變直接的見證人。在他詳細的介紹之下,各位將展開一趟臺灣茶產
業的百年回顧巡禮,看臺茶是如何成一步步地長、演化,進而獲取今日讓我們引以為傲的
榮耀。
Introduction to the Course: Though originating in China, tea has indeed
constructed its own unique tradition in Taiwan. From the early “Formosa
Oolong Tea” to recent “Ruby” and even world-famous pearl milk tea, it is
really amazing that Taiwan, a place of various featured teas, has a short
history of tea development having been merely a hundred years till now. Such
achievement does not only glorify Taiwanese farmers and tea merchants, but
also arouses strong curiosities and interests in tea lovers and foreigners.
The instructor of the course, Mr. Cheng-min Huang, is a former chairman of
the Tea Production Association, also a very successful businessman, thus one
of the direct witnesses of the evolvement in recent decades of tea industries
in Taiwan. With his detailed narration, it shall be revealed to you what have
happened these years to Taiwanese tea industries and how they have reached
such a glory.
