社課介紹：茶的面貌千變萬化，於不同的時空文化背景之中總能展現各式極富特色的風情
。本次社課便是探討茶經歷西方文化的洗禮後呈現出什麼樣的情態。英國是個喜愛飲茶的
國家，加上電影、小說中的下午茶場景，讓人們談起英國
很難不提及「他們的」紅茶——儼然兩者已經建立不可分割的牽絆。這位來自東方的客
人或許已然完全被英國人吸收內化成自身的一部分了，但它們是否保有自身的前世記憶？
與異國文化緊緊連結的它們是否還帶著一點兒我們所熟悉的中國情致？在瀰漫的紅茶香裡
，誠摯邀您一同尋訪。
Introduction to the Course: Tea comes in many different types, it has
various forms in every culture, each with its uniqueness. The purpose of
this course is to understand how tea takes its form after undergoing
Westernization. The UK is a country that adores tea. When we see their afternoon
teatime on books and movies, it is almost impossible to ever separate black tea
from their culture anymore.
This guest from the exotic East may have already been Westernized, but
does he still retain some of his memories in his "previous life"? Been so
closely bounded to the western culture, is it still possible for tea to retain
the familiar taste of the Chinese culture? We sincerely invite you to join us
in this search under the fragrance of black tea.
