社課介紹：
綠茶的面貌千變萬化，於不同的製作過程之中總能展現各式極富特色的風情。本次社課便
是介紹及探討綠茶的特色。各位想知道口感鮮爽的綠茶是如何造嗎？青翠欲滴的茶芽是如
何轉變成墨綠色、散發出海藻香味的條索狀茶葉嗎？在瀰漫的綠茶香裡，誠摯邀您一同尋
訪。
Introduction to the Course:
Green tea comes in many different types, it has different forms in every
different produce process, each with its uniqueness. The purpose of this
course is to introduce and study the characteristics of green tea. Would you
like to know how green tea was made? Would you like to know how freshly green
tea sprouts turn into blackish green spiral-shaped tea leaves that
emits fragrance of sea flowers. We sincerely invite you to join us in this
search under the fragrance of green tea.
