[心得] 最近都會去教練道館練習

[NakedApe (年輕人不要怕辛苦)]

今天被教練嫌棄了許多動作上的缺失

包括型和足技的，還有體力（我真是體力不濟啊……）

蠻高興去被教練叮的，有指正才容易有進步。

然後我明天應該還會去（如果不必要加班的話……）


btw,我的金剛型現在大有進步，太白則還很不美觀。
