*EVP=Education Vice President 教育副會長
Arrange the meeting agenda and positions
Invite General Evaluator and Language Evaluator
Record the GE and LE’s suggestions
*MVP=Membership Vice President 會員副會長
Send the Thank You note to the members and the guests
Manage and update the member information
Arrange the Outings or Special Events in Toastmasters
*PRVP=Public Relation Vice President 公關副會長
Attract new members
Promote Toastmasters to all the members and guest
Manage the member messages on the BBS: bbs://ptt.cc 迳 NCCU_TM
*Treasure 財務長
Collect the member fee
Keep a budget
*SaA= Sergeant at Arms 總務長
Arrange the venue
Prepare the food and the beverage
Take care of Club Properties
What do our helpers do during the meeting?
*Ah Counter
Help speakers on the stage to correct their vocal redundancies. For example, unnecessary sounds or words. (Hmm, Ah, Well, So, and You Know, etc. They are all so called Ahs.
*Timer
Control and record the time for each person who is on the stage
Keep the meeting conducted on time
*Vote Counter
For encouragement and for fun, each meeting we will select the best speaker, the best evaluator, the best session master, the best table topic speaker, and the best joke teller (According to meeting’s agenda).
