Dear Judges and Club Leaders,
We have to apologize for having to shift the time for the contests to Oct. 14
due to the coming typhoon.
We hope that with the postponement, contestants can have even more time for
preparation.
Excellence can have their first-runner up joining the Humorous Speech
contest.
NCCU could invite one more contestant for the Humorous Speech Contest.
Hualien will have two contestants joining the Evaluation Contest.
Synopsys might have some member wanting to tell some jokes and make them one
humorous speech and become a contestant in the Humorous Speech Contest.
Last but not the least, people can come and support the contests at greater
ease, not having to worry about the typhoon.
