It is to be regretted that I didn't attend the meeting last time that your
member delivered his speech at our club.
I would like to invite your members to deliver speeches in our club meeting.
You can just send the speaker's name, speech project and title directly at any
time, I will arrange to our agenda if available.
For example, we will have meeting at Thu. in the second and 4th week every
month. If we have meeting next Thu., I will send agenda to all members this Thu.
