[公告] Apology for Classroom Alternation

Dear all guests and new comer of NCCU Toastmasters Club:

This is James, the president of NCCUTMC. Firstly, I want to apologize for
last meeting that we didn't inform you the room was changed into another
room, though it was on the 3 rd floor. The things happened last week:

I did submit the application for the room 306, Commerce Building. However,
there is a teacher whose class was in another classroom 307, but due to the
small room for his class, he changed his class into 306 on that night
immediately without any administrative application. This room was ours
indeed, but the teacher insisted to use it and they began their class at
18:10, so we didn't have the choice but to change into room 316 as
substitution.

The other day, I went to the Office of Academic to check our room that I want
to change for another room and try not to conflict with this teacher. In the
end, I only found out there was only one room for us in Commerce Building.
The room 316 was borrowed from IMBA teacher assistant, so that we cannot use
the demo meeting room as our regular meeting room. Our new room, 207 in
Commerce Building, though it is not fancy like 306, or 316, but it is truly
big enough and with audio equipment that we need. That room will be our
regular meeting room for this semester. I still apologize for the alternation
of classroom. We are not happy to foresee this situation happening.

Above all, don't get lost in Commerce Building. Our classroom will be in 207.
Hope to see you soon on this Wednesday. We commit to give you the best
environment to learn English and skills.
