Innate Immune Recognition of Virus Infection
This training course is aimed to help students learn how to used a cell-based
reporter system to determine viral detection by different viral
Pattern-Recognition Receptors (PRRs).
要學的技術:
1. Learn 293 cell culture and transfection
2. Learn viral infection or PRR stimulation by synthetic ligands
3. Learn the luciferase reporter assay
