Three major differences between Duke and UCDavis
(1) Weather: The raining in North Carolina is profoundly large this year while it rarely rains in the summer in Davis.
(2) Car plates: At Duke's parking lots, there are car plates basically from all over the country while there were only California and Nevada car plates in Davis.
(3) Ceremony: We had a ceremony for opening the school year, which was held in Duke Chapel. In the program, after the national anthem, there was a prayer and a hymn "Praise to the Lord, the Almighty". I guess this is allowed because Duke is a private school. Duke even has a divinity school.
