【Position】
Client Onboarding - KYC Analyst
【Job description】
Client Onboarding provides comprehensive Know Your Client (KYC), New Account
Opening, Static Data Analysis and Services & Data Management solutions within
relevant DB systems for Global Markets and Global Banking business lines.
Main tasks are:
Liaise with FO - Sales and trading, Compliance with reference to Client
Documentation to expedite New client account requests
Periodically review client KYC documentation to ensure client adoption
adheres to both DB’s Global Compliance requirements, 3rd EU AMLD standard as
well as local country specific Compliance requirements and guidelines
Upload client documentation into DB’s centralized document repository
systems
Client data creation/ update, maintenance for client account, new product
openings
Generation of management MIS reports for audit/control purpose
【Qualifications】
Bachelor or above
Fluent in both English & Mandarin
Accuracy and attention to detail with data essential
Strong analytical/problem solving skills and ability to work under
pressure
Strong client service skills & interpersonal skills
Great communication skills both written and oral via various media i.e.
e-mail, phone, face to face and conference calls
Ability to meet deadlines while working with minimal management
supervision and multi-tasking with strong organizational skills.
Self-motivated and enthusiastic working attitude and also a team player
Knowledge of client AML/KYC basic requirements and client KYC
documentation requirement are preferred
Working experience as Legal/AML/Compliance dept in a financial industry
would be a plus
