POSITION
Temporary Investment Banking Analyst (with chance to convert into full-time)
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Research and analyze industry and market data and client's financial and op\
erating information
2. Build models to project financial results and value companies
3. Preparation of external client proposals and internal memos
4. Participate in the execution of M&A and Capital Market transactions
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS
1. 2011 or 2012 Undergraduate or above - preference given to financial related\
studies
2. Strong academic standing - GPA above 3.7
3. Strong work ethics and good working attitude
4. Strong financial and analytical skills
5. Outstanding communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
