【工作職缺】 Institutional Sales Assistant
【工作內容】
" Assists sales persons to provide regular reporting to clients.
" Assists sales persons to open new accounts for prospective clients.
" Processing sales data, sales progress reports and other sales related \
records.
" Maintain client database and provide regular sales reports.
" Answers telephone calls, conveys messages, and assists order placement\
when clients' have any questions.
" Answers routine product questions and directs questions to appropriate\
personnel when necessary.
" Other duties as assigned.
【徵求條件】
" Educational background : University graduate and above.
" Working experience: 1 year working experience in financial industry, w\
ith working experience in Asset Management Company is preferred.
" Language skill: Fluent spoken and written in Chinese and English.
" Computer skills: Excellent skills with Microsoft Office software inclu\
de Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
" Other skills: Familiar with Lipper, Bloomberg or Morningstar with data\
process.
" Professional license: SITCA License, or Senior Brokerage License.
