Junior Analyst/ M&A team of leading accounting firm
We are the No.1 team in cross-border merger and acquisition (M&A) market in
Taiwan by deal volume, also acting as financial advisor in management buyout,
corporate restructuring, and tender offer.
Responsibility:
1. Conduct industry/company analysis and identify potential buyers or targets.
2. Assist project manager to execute the overall deal process, including
pricing exercise and deal structure
3. Financial modeling and compiling industry data
Requirement:
1. Good team player with strong business logic/sense and be able to work
flexible hours
2. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and good communication skills. Working-
level English is a must
3. Good modeling skills and passion for merger and acquisition transactions.
1-2 years experience in equity research and/or familiar Bloomberg user is
preferred.
