Responsibilities
- Policy submission recording, copying, filing, packing, and deliveries.
- Help answer branch inquiries.
- Follow up pending cases.
- Sales license registration, de-registration, and daily tracking of pending
applications.
- Program tracking.
- Daily sales reports.
- Daily CRM leads upload
- 保代、銀行保險相關法規之遵循
- 處理分行相關諮詢作業
- 銀行保代行政作業(進件、照會處理、製作相關報表等)
- 每月固定核對佣金報表與相關報表之製作
- 負責與保險公司之聯繫
- 保險商品市場調查與分析
Requirements
- 一周至少配合4.5天
- 具高度服務熱忱及團隊合作精神
- 具備英文讀寫能力、細心負責，對數字敏感度高
- 精通Excel及熟悉文書作業及報表製作者
