Investment Banking Analyst
RESPONSIBILITIES
Research and analyze industry and market data and client's financial and
operating information
Build models to project financial results and value companies
Preparation of external client proposals and internal memos
Participate in the execution of M&A and Capital Market transactions
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS
Finance Undergraduates or above – one or two years internship / working
experience is a plus
Strong academic standing - GPA above 3.7
Strong work ethics and good working attitude
Strong financial and analytical skills
Outstanding communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
