i know for woman, it's "mistress", "concubine", or "kept woman".
but what does English have for men???

Don Juan（唐璜，西班牙男子名，以其討好女生、風流聞名，可譯為小白臉）
Casanova（義大利探險家及作家，以其對女子的殷勤著名，跟上面的Don Juan很像）
womanizer（這個字與lady killer意思接近，是最近美語很常用的詞）
stud（原為配種用的種馬，可想而知，可譯為「客兄」、「姘頭」）
順帶一提，用來形容很注重穿著打扮的風流倜儻男生英文叫做popinjay,
dandy, coxcomb，可譯成「黑狗兄」。
