國立東華大學2011校慶運動會暨系列活動
東華盃三對三鬥牛大賽
National Dong Hwa University 2011 anniversary sports and a series of
activities-3 on 3 basketball.
一、 宗    旨：增進本校教職員生眷屬互動，提昇情感交流，提倡校園籃球運動風氣，
培養團隊精神，特舉辦本活動。
Purpose : This tournament is held to increase interactivities and sociability
among faculty, staff, students, family dependants of NDHU, promote intramural
basketball sports, cultivate esprit de corps.
二、 主辦單位：國立東華大學校慶籌備會。
Sponsored by: Anniversary Preparatory Committee, NDHU
三、 承辦單位：國立東華大學體育中心。
Held by: Physical Education Center, NDHU
四、 協辦單位：國立東華大學籃球校隊。
Assisted by: Basketball Varsity, NDHU
五、 比賽日期：100年12月10日(六)、11日(日)
Date: Dec.10 (Sat), Dec. 11(Sun), 2011
六、 比賽地點：國立東華大學壽豐校區體育館Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ場
Location: Sports Hall of NDHU at Shoufeng campus
七、 報名資格：國立東華大學教職員生暨眷屬及校友。
Participant: faculty, staff, students, family dependants and alumni of NDHU
八、 男教職員、男學生一般(含校友)組、男學生新生組、
     女教職員、女學生一般(含校友)組、女學生新生組，共6組。
Team: male faculty, male students(including alumni), male freshmen
    Female faculty, female students(including alumae), female freshmen
    6 teams in total.
九、 報名日期：即日起至100年11月25日17:00止。
Sign up by: 17:00, Nov. 25, 2011.
十、 報 名 費：免收報名費，保證金50元。参與全程賽事完畢即退回保證金。
Sign up fee: free. Cash deposit: NT$50 that will be refunded to the team who
has played and participated in all scheduled matches.
十一、 報名方式：How to sign up:
(一) 採線上報名，填妥後請將報名表寄至：
化學四 蘇源翔 [e-mail]
(1)fill in sign-up form and mail to : Chemistry Dept. Sen. Su, Yuan-xiang as
above listed.
(二) 繳交保證金50元。
   参與全程賽事完畢即退回保證金。
        報名費繳交至體育中心之
        工讀生:許\智嘉
        繳交時間為:
        11/29星期二 9:00-12:00
        11/30星期三 9:00-12:00
   (2)Pay deposit NT$50 to student worker Xu, Zhi-jia in PE Center during
following time windows:
         Nov. 29 (Tue) 9:00-12:00
         Nov. 30 (Wed) 9:00-12:00
(三) 報名截止日期為100年11月25日
(3)Sign up deadline: Nov. 25, 2011
十二、 趣味籃球：現場報名，每隊10元報名費，成績達標贈精美超值運動禮品。

Pick-up game: sign up on the spot, pay NT$10 per team. Teams who have gained
points up to par will be rewarded with sports gifts.
