1.饒育誌同學需要上網查Red Cross的建立時間。

2.各位同學需要先預習課本，並且了解講綱以下三項之內容
   B-1 Abraham Lincoln and his reconstruction plan
   B-2 Andrew Johnson and his plan-- the so called presidential reconstruction
   B-3 Republican Congress and it plan --the so called congressional (or
       radical) reconstruction

3.未領到課本者需上網下載Chapter 7 & 8
