補充一下巴氏神解課本
神經膜鞘( neurolemmal sheath)和許旺氏鞘( sheath of schwann)不一樣
許旺細胞在兩層之間，許旺細胞細胞質的部分形成含有細胞核的神經膜，而它的細胞膜
會高度增生形成髓鞘(也就是許旺氏鞘)，當運動神經纖維的每一條分支在接近肌肉纖維
時，會失去髓鞘，且以組成運動終板的神經分支許多小分支終止，神經膜鞘在許旺細胞
停止形成髓鞘時，仍然會繼續包覆著運動纖維末端分支，神經膜鞘外面還有一層纖細的
結締組織性神經內鞘( endoneurial sheath= endoneurium)包著~所以啦~答案是A唷
