increase in (A-a)PO2 "
所以這個公式是憑著經驗得來的。
另外該題目應該不能使用此公式，因為公式在下列條件下才能用
1.吸入100%純氧
2.PaO2>150mmHg(這樣才會落在O2平衡曲線的線性區,圖片可參考共筆02P15左下)
3.正常的心輸出量(CaO2-CvO2才會是正常的)
