☆Proof-酒精純度☆
Proof為一酒類術語，表示酒內的酒精含量，與％的意義相同。通常每瓶酒的標籤上
都有標明酒精含量。 Proof原有三個系統，即英、美、歐制。現歐洲各國大都採用英制標
示。
十九世紀前歐美人將少量酒倒入定量的火藥中，如果點燃此混合後的火藥能發出穩定
藍色的火焰，就訂定這酒中的酒精含量接近50%，稱為Proof。
英美Proof與％的換算如下:
美制Proof= % 例: 80US Proof= 40% 的酒精含量
英制Proof*4= % 例: 70UK Proof*4= 40% 的酒精含量
美制與英制的互算法為 US Proof*7=UK Proof
例: 80US Proof*7= 70UK proof
